Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and major US holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

US Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Tracked US Shipping: 4–8 business days after fulfillment.
• We ship across the 50 United States via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Order Tracking

Every Droponyx order includes end-to-end tracking. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping notification for the carrier's tracking system to update with scan events.

Incorrect Addresses & Missed Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email droponyx.store@gmail.com immediately. Once a package is in transit with the carrier, we cannot reroute it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears stalled in transit for more than 10 business days, contact us at droponyx.store@gmail.com with your order number and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
