How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at droponyx.store@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will reply within 1 business day with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at droponyx.store@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. For damaged or defective items, we cover 100% of the replacement or return cost.

Refund Processing

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know that your refund has been issued. Approved refunds are automatically credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days (depending on your bank or card issuer's posting speed).
